Anthony Robinson trained as a chef, classically, through the kitchens of the Savoy and the Dorchester, and then through Michelin-starred establishments in France. He is also a marathon runner and Ironman competitor. The discipline required for both is not entirely unrelated.

Jo Robinson is a food marketing and business graduate with a career built on understanding what makes people choose one hospitality experience over another and what keeps them coming back. She has extraordinary vision, a perfectionist's eye for detail and a genuine love of what great food and great service can do for people.

Together, Anthony and Jo have spent 25 years creating, launching, operating and developing hospitality businesses, venues, brands, concepts, kitchens, restaurants and partnerships across the UK and internationally. They are not people who have studied the hospitality industry. They have run it.
